After a long drive home from Kansas, Chiloe got to meet his new mom. Ang did not make the trip as we already knew what we wanted. The breeder took first pick and was he ever the obvious first pick. However, I would not have taken him given the chance as he was very light in color. The other pup had a nicer head than Chiloe but he was a little lighter in color.
I wanted the darkest brown male I could get and I got him! I am usually quite anal about picking out pups but this choice was easy and took all of about 5 minutes and it only took that long just to make sure nothing looked out of whack on our little guy. Ten years ago this guy would have been my last pick...but this is now...LOL
