We went down to Corpus Christie and hunted the Laguna Madre . Chiloe got lots of retrieves and did a very good job. One funny thing happened on his first retrieve. He ran out, picked it up and spit it out. That was his first taste of salt water!! Took two more drinks and I am not sure he ever sampled anymore. LOL
First days results. A lot colder than we wanted but you get what you get. We didn't care....we got ducks.
Today we hunted a mucky spot. Lots of birds again today.
Third and last day more of the same and I think it was around 40 degrees which was a heck of a bunch warmer than the first two days. Heard tomorrow was going to be around 70......geesh!
