A great day with Chiloe today. Look at the large tree in the background on Chiloe's right. A mature Bald Eagle landed in the tree. I tried to get a picture with my phone but it was just too far away to get a picture worth looking at. As I laid my phone down the two mallards came wizzing by and landed between the eagle and us. They started to swim into the decoys when the eagle came swooping down looking for a meal. The ducks spooked, flew off but I was able to call them back into range and got both. Three predators looking for a meal. Today Chiloe and I won out!!!
